We are pleased to offer cryptocurrency as a payment option for settling invoices. This option is intended for clients who are familiar with cryptocurrency transactions. If you're not comfortable with cryptocurrencies, we recommend using traditional payment methods for a smoother experience.

2. Accepted Cryptocurrencies

We currently accept the following cryptocurrencies as valid payment methods:

• Monero (XMR)
• Bitcoin (via Lightning Network)

3. Discount for Cryptocurrency Payments

As an incentive for using cryptocurrency, we offer a 10% discount on your total invoice amount when paid through the accepted cryptocurrencies.

4. How It Works

Before we issue your invoice, please inform us that you would like to pay using cryptocurrency. Once we have been notified, we will provide the necessary wallet address and detailed instructions for completing the payment. Please be aware of the following:

• Ensure the payment matches the invoice total, minus the 10% discount.
• Transaction fees, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the payer.
• Payments must be completed within the specified timeframe to ensure the correct exchange rate is applied.

5. Refund Policy

Any refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be processed in cryptocurrency, and the refund amount will reflect the equivalent value in AUD at the time of processing.
